PROCIT Entrepreneurship Fellowship

Sponsorship program for youth entrepreneurship projects led by young people from low-income families, seeking financial independence.

The first cohort targets 15–20 students / final-year students from UPN, ISC and ISAM, coming from vulnerable families and ready to work hard with integrity to improve their financial situation.

The goal is to help participants reach financial independence through entrepreneurship. Selected candidates will receive:

  • Initial capital of $120 in kind (merchandise) and a framework for selling these products;
  • Regular coaching and mentoring, including basic computer training;
  • A monthly evaluation based on seriousness, integrity and results;
  • Capital reinforcement whose eligibility will depend on quarterly performance.

Underperforming, careless or lazy participants will be removed from the program and replaced by candidates on the waiting list.

During the six-month program, candidates will work as independent agents, responsible for sales and customer service.

For whom?

Young students / graduates from low-income families, with a genuine vision for serious and honest work, ready to build a project during the 6-month program.
